Reviews and Ratings <br />
During my stay at the hotel, I found it to be quite comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience more enjoyable. However, the food pricing was frustratingly high, especially for meals that could be found at local restaurants for much less. While the location was convenient, the limited variety in the dining options could use some improvement.
We had a comfortable stay at this resort while on safari. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making it pleasant to unwind after a long day. However, the dining experience was a bit underwhelming, especially the breakfast. The pool area felt uninviting, possibly due to its emptiness, which detracted from the overall vibe. The all-inclusive package didn't cover non-alcoholic drinks, which felt like a downside. Overall, a nice place but not quite a 5-star experience.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious and the pool area was nice, the dining experience left much to be desired. The cleanliness issues and the number of insects around really impacted my overall enjoyment of the stay, making it less than ideal.
I stayed at Chaarya Resort during my Sri Lanka tour, and while the room was clean and comfortable, the service left much to be desired. The food quality was disappointing and didn't meet my expectations for a resort. Additionally, the attitude of the staff did not feel welcoming. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless there are major improvements.
My stay at Chaarya Resort & Spa was overall enjoyable, especially with the friendly staff and spacious rooms. The location is quite nice as it's close to major attractions, but the dining options left something to be desired. The service was a mix of attentive and a bit slow to start, which made for an interesting experience. Overall, it's a decent value for money, yet there are areas where improvements could be made.
